Brigette Booser

Brigette was born and raised in Oakland County, MI. She grew up in Rochester Hills. While growing up she embraced diversity every step of the way. Brigette is a proud veteran; she was honorably discharged from the US Air Force in 2001. Brigette earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Linguistics from Michigan State University. Her next step was to pursue her passion for law, which led her to graduate cum laude from Cooley Law School in 2012. Her collegiate career continued, by earning two LLMs in Corporate Law and Insurance Law from Western Michigan University. She passed the bar in 2014 and was admitted into the Eastern District of Michigan in 2015. It is very important for Brigette to be a member of the Ingham County Bar Association and the Animal Legal Defense. Currently, Brigette resides in Lansing with her spouse and child. Giving back to the community by doing pro bono work in the field of animal law brings Brigette a lot of joy. While English is her primary language, Brigette does speak Spanish and Swahili.
